I'm excited to announce that I have a new virtual program that I'm launching soon!

My goal is to support women who are 40+ in moving to maintain comfort, ease, strength and flexibility.

I found that over the last few years my body has not responded in the same way to exercise as it had in the past. Patients and friends are expressing similar frustrations and are looking for clarity as they find new options that suit them better.

I'd love to tell you more as I finalize this offering to launch at the end of September to correspond to my 10 year anniversary as a massage therapist!
