Noticing your legs feel extra tight this winter? There’s a good reason why.

At this point every season, we see the same pattern in our clinic: runners dealing with unusual tightness through their feet, ankles, and hips. Watch the video to understand what’s actually happening in your body when you run on slippery surfaces.

Quick fixes:
✅ Trail runners or spikes when conditions call for them – your road shoes aren’t cutting it.
✅ Double down on your mobility routine. Summer’s routine isn’t enough now.

Our staff always comes in early on Christmas Eve to get the big guy ready for his biggest night of the year. We keep telling him to park in the lot like everyone else, but he insists the rooftop has “better access.” 🦌

YOUR COMPLETE WEEKLY SCHEDULE:
🏃‍♀️ MONDAY 6-7PM: Propelled Runner Class
Led by physiotherapist Jess Harraway. 8-week program to prevent injuries, improve running economy, and conquer challenging terrain.

🧘 TUESDAY 6:30-8PM: Tai Chi
Led by Robert Hoo(30yrs experience). Mindful movement that reduces chronic pain, improves balance, and supports mental health. All levels welcome.

💪 WEDNESDAY 8:30-9:30AM: Propelled Longevity Class
Led by certified trainer Peri-Lynn Harris. 8-week bodyweight strength and mobility for active adults. Build lean muscle and support bone health—no jumping or heavy weights.

👵 WEDNESDAY 10-11AM: Propelled Seniors Class
Led by certified trainer Peri-Lynn Harris. Strength and mobility designed to maintain independence and keep you thriving at any age.

⚡ SATURDAY 8-9AM: Propelled Foundations Class
Led by registered kinesiologist Montana Hashem. Full-body strength and conditioning circuit for all experience levels.

🧘 SATURDAY 9-10AM: Tai Chi
Led by Robert Hoo. Start your weekend centered with movement that benefits body and mind.

Prefer personalized attention? We also offer one-on-one and 2-on-1 personal training sessions tailored to your specific goals.

Spots are limited to 10-12 participants per class. We’ve made these programs incredibly affordable because getting people moving matters. Prices vary by class.

Our services take you from injury to recovery, and all the way to strength & conditioning. And we bill your insurance company directly!

Our core services include: chiropractic, sport specialist chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy and exercise medicine. We also provide: one-on-one training with healthcare providers, condition-specific group exercise classes, Active Release Technique (ART), medical acupuncture, custom-fit orthotics, orthopaedic bracing, pregnancy care, post-pregnancy rehabilitation, conditioning program design, exercise technique analysis, paediatric rehabilitation, corporate wellness programming and educational workshops.
