Avoid the 3 PM Slump
Long hours at the desk can cause neck tension, rounded shoulders, and headaches.
Try this 30-second posture reset:

2️⃣ Roll shoulders back
3️⃣ Gently tuck chin
4️⃣ Take 3 deep breaths
