Hours at a desk can lead to tightness in the spine and tension through the shoulders.
A seated twist is a simple way to reset your posture. Sit tall, place your right hand on the outside of your left knee, and gently rotate your torso, keeping your spine long. Hold for 10–15 seconds, then switch sides.
Doing this once every hour helps break up stiffness and supports healthier posture throughout the workday.
