Congratulations to Shaun D. on 5 years of continuous sobriety! When Shaun sat in our rooms listening to our staff, having even one year of sobriety seemed far fetched. Yet, thanks to his hard work and dedication to following what we showed him; today, he celebrates five years! Today, Shaun's family couldn't be more proud of him; especially his wife and two young daughters! Keep up the great work Shaun.

Congratulations to Tyler B. on 1 year of continuous sobriety! Tyler tried recovery before but eventually fell off the path; he had to struggle for many more years before getting help again. Tyler eventually completed our program and moved on when he was ready. Yet, he always remembered to stay connected; even with a great many days under his belt, he still comes to our Alumni Meeting often. Keep up the great work Tyler! We are all very proud of you!

Congratulations to Alex P. on 3 years of continuous sobriety! Alex was brought to our location by another alumni Brandon W., himself with multiple years clean and sober now. When Alex arrived he was desperate, he couldn't continue living as he had been. His family was likewise desperate to get him back. Thanks to his dedication to following what we showed him, he transformed. In the years since his graduation, Alex's family got him back, he got married, he's travelled the world, and is now happier than ever! Keep up the great work Alex! We are all very proud of you!

Congratulations to Daniel C. on 1 year of continuous sobriety! Daniel came to us at a true low point in his life; he'd tried other things but nothing worked and he needed to change. Since his first day, he's never shied away from doing the work. After graduation, he eagerly volunteered with us and found a passion for helping others. Since then, he's gone to school and is well on his way to a career in this field. Keep up the great work Daniel! We are all very proud of you!

And that's a wrap on our 9th outreach event! Huge thank you to all of our donors, community partners, and volunteers! A special shout out to Alumni Hali and his team with DTES Emergency Supply Hub for all their crucial support! And another special shout out to Jeff S. for performing a traditional Haida song for the event and Dion W. for leading us in a smudge. Thanks to each and every individual contribution, we managed to give away thousands of items and spread some hope this chilly January. Until next month!

Congratulations to Michael "Mike" F. on 1 year of continuous sobriety! Mike was referred to us by another Alumni, Shane K.; Shane heard Mike needed help and told him to call us just like he himself had once done. Mike showed up at our door and got to work; he quickly graduated and moved on to our sober living program. There, he continued to receive all the support he needed and has flourished ever since. Keep up the great work Mike! We are all very proud of you!

Congratulations to Mike V. on 4 years of continuous sobriety! Mike called our main phone number four years ago to get help. He quickly finished our primary program and moved on to our sober living program. Initially, Mike considered going home early but decided he needed more time with us before he was ready to get his own place. When he was ready, he moved out but stayed connected. Today, he is years sober and a great father to his kids. Keep up the great work Mike! We are all very proud of you.

Congratulations to Mike W. on 5 years of continuous sobriety! Ever since Mike first came through our program, he has consistently followed everything we taught him. Indeed, Mike even participated in our sober living program for a number of years and only moved out when he was ready. In that time, Mike has completely rebuilt his life; today, he has a great relationship with his family (including his young son), a place of his own, and continues to pursue his passion for music. Keep up the great work Mike! We are all very proud of you.

Congratulations to Jeremy L. on 1 year of continuous sobriety! Jeremy came to us from another province and took to our program like glue. Even before graduation, Jeremy began helping others and helping them follow his path. Once he completed the program, Jeremy began volunteering and dedicating more and more time to helping others. The results of this? Well...they speak for themselves. Keep up the great work Jeremy! We are all very proud of you!
