When people ask me what I do for work?

Instead of naturopathic doctor. I’m going to answer with…

I give women permission to trust their body’s again.

Trusting your body, your intuition and your emotions are all key to healing. Creating safety in the nervous system is as foundational as soil to a plant.

So often women want to “fix” their hormones. We can chase estrogen, testosterone and progesterone around with a stick all we want.
But the hard truth is often cortisol & the nervous system are underneath it driving the dysfunction.

What I hear often is a longing to understand our bodies again & a craving for stability to function in this world.

So let me say it a bit louder. Nervous system work is the foundation 💙

As humans we have layers. Some are healthy. Some are slightly weaker. Some hide in fear and others shine brightly. Some layers we have been conditioned to shove down & neatly fold away.

When we want to find root cause, we need to look at the layers. What needs support? What is ready to bloom? And are we over utilizing our strengths?

Menopause isn’t just about declining hormones.

It’s the next phase of life that has been lived by so many woman before us… but is rarely honoured.

We mark the start of life with birthdays.
We celebrate coming of age with graduations and throw showers to welcome a child or a marriage.

But this transition?
The one from Maiden → Mother → Wise Woman?
We treat it like a problem to solve.

So and I are here to infuse the feminine back into menopause support.
