We tend to rely on motivation to build new habits. The problem is, motivation isn’t consistent. Some days you feel energized and ready to commit. Other days, life gets busy, you’re tired, or it just doesn’t feel like a priority. That’s normal.
Habits work differently.
When something becomes routine, like a short mobility session, a weekly walk or regular treatment - it requires less decision making and less mental effort. It becomes part of what you do, not something you debate.
That’s where small actions start to compound.
They don’t feel dramatic in the moment but repeated over time, they shift your baseline. Progress is usually less about intensity and more about what you’re willing to repeat.
