What is it?
A sub-chronic deficiency where high levels of stress alter the bodyโ€™s ability to regulate properly on a daily basis.

How can you know if you have it?Some symptoms include: increased thirst, salt cravings, urination, need for coffee, poor memory, lack of motivation, low s*x drive, groggy mornings, experience a โ€œ2nd windโ€ which affects sleep cycle.

How you can alter this?
Take time to eat a wholesome lunch. Studies have proven the more you build a strong connection to food by sitting down and lesson the distractions when you eat (including phones, tv, work, driving) the better off your digestion and absorption of nutrients from body to brain will be.
