It’s normal to hit points in therapy where you feel "stuck" or slow.

If you're feeling "stuck" in therapy, it might mean:

✨You're in a hard but necessary part of the process - trust the process, and trust yourself.

✨You’ve come across something particularly tender or difficult - lean in with lots of curiosity & compassion.

✨There's something that needs to be addressed or heard - your voice matters greatly, and maybe it's time to speak openly with your therapist about your concerns.

Remember, this is your journey. We are so grateful to walk with you. 🤍
