Most women I assess aren’t overeating — they’re actually undereating.

After seven years of nutrition assessments, the same patterns show up again and again:
• Not enough total food
• Not enough protein
• Not enough fruits and veggies
• Little or no breakfast

It’s surprising, because so many people still believe that “eating less” is the path to feeling healthy. But what I see every day tells a different story. When you fuel properly, your energy, mood, and metabolism finally get a chance to work with you, not against you.
