In 2009, Megan attended Waisting Away™, a professional workshop, the insight she gained sparked her passion for weight loss management. From that point it was clear that she was meant to advise individuals on how to make the best choices about their nutrition. Megan understands that it is not always easy, but she has successfully supported many family members and friends in achieving their healthy living goals. Megan believes you don’t have to sacrifice pleasure for wellbeing (she also enjoys the occasional dessert!). Using personalized advice and support, Megan will help you reach and maintain your goals!

Our big family adventure around the world 🌍 As soon as we got off the plane, I just felt shock that it actually happened.

So many little dreams over the years all rolled into one big adventure.

I can’t wait to share this adventure with you.
