Sabu's yoga classes are conducted based on these five fundamental principles given by Swami Vishnudevananda to all his students and disciples all over the world. The Yoga Classes originate from the classical Hatha Yoga
Method and consist of Yoga Postures (asanas), Sun Salutations (surya namaskar), Relaxation (savasana), and Breathing Exercises (Pranayama).

Our Story

For 33 years, Sabu Chaitanya has been teaching yoga intensives internationally to students of all levels and ages. Sabu has been able to transmit the ancient wisdom of Yoga to thousands of people. Sabu's vast experience, sincerity, and dedication provide his students with truly life-transforming methods towards self-healing, balance and peace of mind.

Sabu's One Month Yoga Intensive Course is trans formative, challenging and fun for adults of all ages and levels. Some say it is the experience of a lifetime!

The course runs 5 days a week for four weeks (with an optional complimentary Saturday class). This 36 hour course is designed to transform your body and mind! Discover techniques such as pranayama, breathing exercises, sun salutation, asanas and mindfulness. This course will further benefit those who wish to take yoga teacher training.

Yoga not only improves your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. Take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity.
