As a child, Bruna the Physio2U therapist, needed rehabilitation. The impact her physiotherapist had on her life inspired her to follow the same path. Now, she’s the one helping seniors take confident steps forward 👣

is passionate about helping her clients regain strength, independence, and quality of life—whether it’s recovering after surgery, improving mobility or safely walking with support. She believes in treating the whole person, supporting not just physical health but emotional and social well-being too 🏡✨

Outside of work, you’ll find her playing volleyball, enjoying the beach, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends ☀️

Falling down is part of life, getting back up again is living. Physio2U Personal Trainer, Akiko, recently helped her 90 year old client return to independent transfers and walking after a fall that led to a hip fracture requiring surgery.
