💛Trust the Voice Within

Your energy never lies.
It warns you when something is not good for you, when someone does not add to your life, when a place does not feel welcoming.
It also recognizes what is true, what is light, and what is meant to stay.

Listen to what you feel.
Your body knows, your soul knows, your heart knows.
Intuition is a gift, and when you learn to honor it,
life becomes clearer and your next steps make more sense.

Over time ignoring small stresses, worries, and fears can be like leaving a car light on overnight—a slow drain on our emotional resources. 💡

If you are going through a difficult situation, at work or in your personal life right now ask yourself, “What can I do to make it better?” 💛

Go inward and search for meaningful solutions or ways to give yourself a positive boost. ⚡️

This may also mean researching ways to exit the situation.🚪

Just like it’s great to be mindful of what your limits are, it’s also great to be ready when the timing is right to make that change. ✌️

Into the New Light.

If you happen to sit on our living room sofa at about 5pm on a sunny day during the final weeks of December, you'll be blinded by the sun for up to ten minutes. But, if you pull the shade, the harsh sunlight becomes an amazing starburst that makes your heart happy. One small action changes everything. Makes me ponder what other small actions I can make to change my perception when circumstances are challenging.
