Shari Creates I can help you lose weight that's sustainable and fits with your lifestyle without being deprived. I’ve always loved cooking and eating!

It goes hand in hand, don’t you think? Over the years my methods and products have changed dramatically. Suppers used to be me opening a jar of a store bought sauce and pouring it over cooked spaghetti. My kids still reminisce about apple cake for breakfast! It was easy, but not nutritionally sound. I knew that something had to change and it was me. I lost weight and I started to take an interest in what and how I was cooking. I experimented, sifted through all my cookbooks, used the Internet and went through all those magazines that I never threw away and found recipes that I modified without sacrificing taste! Eating better and changing things up with variety are essential in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Food and health should be simple. By posting different recipes on this page I am hoping to create a stir and help to inspire you to experiment with food a little more. ❤️Stir Fry Veggies with Udon Noodles❤️

💕 I love cooking with udon noodles! It’s so easy to make because you don’t have to follow an exact recipe and the ingredients are interchangeable. Sometimes I run out of broccoli or bok choy, so I’ll just use more onions and bell peppers.

👍🏻Work with what you’ve got and adjust the spices and vegetable quantity depending on how many people you are making this for. I always make extra because it’s delish the next day!

✅ Add chicken, beef or fish and you’ve got a fabulous meal!

💕 These muffins are simply delicious! It also happens to be a perfect breakfast choice when you’re in a rush and have to leave your house early.

🌟They are cheesy, savory and have a little ‘kick’ if you choose to add a little hot sauce to it. If you are following a vegan or gluten free diet, you can easily swap some ingredients for ones that you can use!

🍅I love quinoa and am always trying to mix it up a bit – these stuffed tomatoes are just fabulous!

🌶️You can change things too and bake it in a red pepper! It was absolutely delicious!

💕Try topping the cooked stuffed tomatoes with shredded cheese and put it under the broiler for a few minutes, just until the cheese melts.

👍Endless possibilities!
