🚨New smile alert 🚨
This patient initially presented with a narrow upper arch, flared incisors, and a deep overbite. After completing orthodontic treatment with Dr. Nemes, including expansion and full braces, the bite is now corrected and the incisors have been aligned into the right position.

⭐️Smile makeover Monday⭐️
Our patient presented with missing upper lateral incisors, canines in a forward migrated position, an over-retainer primary canine (baby tooth that never fell out) on the upper left side, and an anterior crossbite.
The orthodontic treatment consisted of removal of the primary tooth, repositioning the canines, creating space to replace the missing teeth, and anterior crossbite correction.
This treatment shows what can be done with a carefully executed orthodontic treatment with Invisalign, combined with excellent esthetic restorations from the patient’s dentist to replace the congenitally missing teeth.
Our patient was thrilled with the results 🎉
