It provides isolated treatment to a specific problem area, caused by stress or injury, with the exact combination of Physical Therapy, Osteopathy and Soft Tissue Techniques. The massage incorporates: Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Therapeutic Stretching, and joint mobilization and range-of-motion, making it an effective alternative to Physiotherapy and/or Chiropractic/Osteopatic treatments. The rehabilitative Cayce-Reilly massage uses specially developed techniques to increase circulation, enhance digestion, eliminate toxins, regulate the nervous system, and promote deep relaxation in the body. DESCRIPTION OF MASSAGE:

RELAXATION MASSAGE:
An approximately one-hour massage that will leave you in a profound state of relaxation, while having deeply and painlessly worked the musculoskeletal and nervous systems of the whole body - one limb at a time. Included in the basic routine are many stretches, joint mobilization and range-of-motion, to the extent that some have described it as an osteopathic massage. This massage is equivalent to several hours of sleep and a three to four mile walk in the way that it both relaxes and stimulates the body. REHABILITATION & PAIN RELIEF MASSAGE:
Aimed at providing treatment for a specific problem area, the massage uses both light and deep massage strokes to treat areas of muscle tension and spasm within the body caused by stress or injury. The massage strokes encourage tension to be released from the body and increases the blood circulation to the affected area and the body as a whole. Among problems that this massage can help rid of and/or alleviate pain from are:
· arthritis, chronic pain, carpal tunnel syndrome
· tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, muscle tension
· fibromyalgia, MS, Sciatica
· tension headaches & migraines
· insomnia, anxiety, stress, depression
