Wildcraft Nation

Wildcraft Nation Wildcrafted Medicinal Herbal Remedies and Art for the Soul Wildcraft Nation honours women and men seeking to renew their relationship with our Earth Mother.

We believe the uncultivated, the wild, the free-growing plants found anywhere on Earth are healing teachers in one manner or another, even in a city park. Wildcraft Nation believes the Earth and her Plant spirits have communicated their strengths and uses to humans since time immemorial, and that this is true for All Nations, essentially making all peoples ‘Indigenous to the Earth’, in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas. We believe this knowledge is not lost, but rather is simply in need of being re-awakened through individuals collectively sharing, communing, and being in proximity to the herbs and the soil – physically and spiritually. Coming from this belief stand point, Wildcraft Nation offers authentic BC wild-crafted guidance and products to all people seeking to reconnect to their own Earthen Roots. As Wildcraft Nation – we are reconnecting from the ground up. https://wildcraft-nation.square.site/

2025 Fire Ciders
All 4 of the gallon jars have this:
- hot peppers (poblano, Serrano, green & red Thai chili, red Fresno, yellow caribe, jalapeno, habinero)
- diced yellow onion & garlic cloves
- peeled / sliced citrus (lemons, limes, oranges) AND DICED PEELS
- grated horseradish, ginger, turmeric
- frozen rosehips, fresh thyme and rosemary
==============
* Added cubed pineapple to one to make Pineapple Fire Cider
* Cooked elder berries 30 minutes in few cups of Apple Cider Vinegar ( I was gifted these from my sister Sharon Horbal at Numa Farms on the Island). Added these to 3 of the gallon jars to make Elderberry Fire Cider. Added whole cloves to these three.
- Topped all with raw apple cider vinegar and used my glass weights and ziplocks to keep goodies submerged.

2025 Base Fire Cider: when Two Become Four
I began by putting on latex gloves - for hygiene and to protect my hands.
- removed seeds and diced all hot peppers (poblano, Serrano, green & red Thai chili, red Fresno, yellow caribe, jalapeno)
- diced yellow onion & garlic cloves
- peeled and sliced citrus (lemons, limes, oranges)
- grated ginger and turmeric
- added frozen rosehips, fresh thyme and rosemary
* Completely filled two gallon jars with these and that's when I knew that I would be needing more jars, as I still had horseradish to grate and I wanted to add pineapple to one, and simmered elder berries to another two..... And I have 2 gallons of raw ACV to add.... Four it is!
Or will it be Five.... ?
