This is why we need to feel SAFE in our BODY first. THEN we go to the mind and re-pattern our beliefs. It has to be bottom-up so that we convey a sense of safety from the body up to the brain, as fear felt in the flesh just keeps the belief going as it has done for so long. It's only when we feel safe in our animal-self that we can then develop new attitudes towards, long, deeply embedded patterns, release the fear and step into the things we wish to live.

When I turned to the Council of Horses Oracle for this month’s reading, the Mythic Horse stepped forward with the quiet power of an archetype both ancient and profoundly present.

This being is the meta-archetype of Horse, as well as his own essence, and everything we express about horses becomes part of him. He reflects our thoughts, our beliefs, our stories, our longing.

The Mythic Horse reminds us that we are not only receivers but also co-creators. The love we give to horses in life, in art, and in thought ripples through a vast field of consciousness that nourishes this being of light.

This month, we are called to participate consciously in that creative exchange. You might draw or photograph horses, journal your dreams about them, sit quietly in their presence, or write stories that honor their wisdom. These acts are not small. They are part of how we help the message of the sentience of horses reach more people, one gesture of reverence at a time.

To bring this vision of the Mythic Horse into form, I wrote subtle iridescent scripts that shimmer across his coat, revealing the ancient word for Horse written in Sanskrit, Chinese, Greek, Tamil, and Nordic Runes. These reflections are not markings but the echo of our reverence through centuries.

I envisioned the Mythic Horse appearing through the colors of memory, rising from a shore between worlds, and interacting with us through the connection of our emotions represented by water. The vibrant beam of shining light was created in my brightest pale yellow pastel to represent the new dawn of consciousness rising between horses and humans, a shared awakening that continues to unfold through each of us.
