Our beautiful wellness centre offers services that connect the body, mind and spirit. Headwaters Wellness is located in the heart of the village of Alton and offers a serine environment for you to escape to. Alton is nestled in the Hills of the Headwaters known for its rolling hills, abundant rivers and waterfalls. Headwaters is a unique region including Caledon, Orangeville, Erin, Mono and Shelburne. Tomorrow marks my last day at Headwaters Wellness for 2025 and I will be signing off until the New Year ✨🦋

Before I tuck into Winter Holiday mode ❄️ I wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you 🙏🏻

It is a honour to be of service to so many wonderful clients and witness the healing that takes place every day in body, mind and spirit ✨ it’s an honour to hold space in healing circles, yoga classes, retreats and be a guide for those that are on their own journey of healing

I know this time of year we are all trying to fit everything in, the gatherings, the shopping and trying to hold it all together to make the Holidays bright ✨

As the end of the year approaches, I am feeling so blessed by community and all the outpouring of love 🤍

Not only am I who I show up to you daily as an Osteopath/Healer, but a business owner of Headwaters Wellness and Gather Cafe and a mom of two girls in competitive sports

As much as a I love to give, I need to honour my capacity and unfortunately do not have appointments until Jan of 2026 🎄 (and will not be bending my schedule to sacrifice my health and well being)

Hello Beautiful Souls ✨

Sharing today what came up in the Collective Reiki Healing as a part of my Soul Alignment 1:1 Giveaway

During the collective healing, what came through strongly was hurt surrounding not being heard in the past when we have spoken our truth. Lots of energy being held in the throat chakra, rib cage/chest and heart chakra. Also blockages within the ear chakras as well, from being misunderstood or not heard when speaking from a deep place of inner knowing and truth ✨

Bat Medicine came forward to help with the healing. Bats are all about seeing through the illusion and illuminating the truth.

A lot is rising to be healed in the wounded masculine and feminine in the collective right now. I’ll post an amazing podcast in my stories that talk about that. And share about bat medicine as well as a resource

I helped release some of that feminine and masculine wounding, calling in the energy and balance of the divine feminine and masculine into our being

Please use today’s full moon 🌕 energy to help integrate and amplify today’s healing by doing some form of full moon release

Nature always has so much to teach us

The theme that has come up in my life lately is capacity

When plants in nature reach their capital they, release and let go, turning their energy inward and take up rest for the season

We haven’t even hit the holiday season and it seems like so many are at their capacity and pushing through until they crash or their body tells them no via illness or physical pain

As a society why are we doing this to ourselves? Know that it is the ok to put up boundaries and honour where you are at. To honour your capacity and what it can hold

Take that time to rest and turn your energy inward, after all you are nature

I’ve been a bit quieter on the gram because I’ve been Novembering. It’s a hard feat for this Capricorn entrepreneur but if I can do it, so can you. You don’t need to take on more than you can chew and you don’t EVER need to keep up with the Joneses

I’ve been seeing more and more little kids in my practice and I am always in awe of how these little bodies receive Osteopathic treatment so well and once unlocked their bodies know exactly what to do for healing ✨

I remember treating my youngest daughter when she was little, before she could even speak. Often she would move my hands to where she wanted me to work.

Through out life it is natural for kids to get stuck physically through tumbles and falls. But they can also can feel stuck emotionally in their bodies and any type of bodywork can help release these big emotions they may bottle up.

Osteopathy is a safe a gentle approach not only for you but for littles too!
