Customer Service Representative,
We are hiring a motivated individual for a full-time position at our Pharmacy in Caledonia, NS. The successful candidate must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive demeaner.
This role involves confidentially regarding patient information, strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to switch quickly between tasks.
The role includes speaking with customers on the phone and in person, operating cash register and handling cash, merchandising shelves, refilling stock, keeping the store clean and organized, assisting in the dispensary as needed, and multitasking between these roles.
We are looking for a motivated, team-oriented individual, who is comfortable switching between roles, and enjoys collaboration.
We offer a positive work environment, medical benefits, 35-40 hours per week plus 2 weeks’ vacation, employee discount, and competitive pay.
