At times, we may feel overwhelmed or afraid, but the key is to embrace gratitude and let go of the need to control everything around us. Healing often starts within, and it’s important to remember that we can only truly care for ourselves. Staying in environments that have contributed to our struggles doesn’t help; instead, stepping outside, both physically and emotionally, can provide a sense of renewal. It’s not our job to carry the weight of others’ burdens, and we must allow people to be themselves, knowing that everyone responds to life’s challenges in their own unique way. Even in moments of reclusion, it’s vital to have faith that things will work out.
