Does survival depend on coffee just to make it through the day? ☕

⁣⁠I bet the day goes as follows:
Wake up, always groggy, and despite the sheer chaos of the morning, that first cup of coffee seems to make it “bearable”.

Noon could not come any sooner, and going for that second cup just comes naturally.

Few hours later, another just to get over that 3pm slump.

⁣⁠And even despite all of that rich, caffeine infusion, the energy levels just don’t seem to get any better.

Where you choose to spend your time is up to you
How you spend your money is up to you

But you cannot be upset when you're not getting the RESULTS that you want, if you're not willing to invest your time or money towards getting them.

This doesn't mean thousands of dollars
This doesn't mean hours and hours of your day

This means taking a moment to reflect: Am I spending my TIME and MONEY on what will actually serve me? Nourish my soul? Make me that woman who I want to become?

Am I spending my time and money on quick dopamine hits, quick clicks, quick fixes, but nothing of any real substance?
