Things have gotten busier (in the best way 🙌) and we’re growing to better support YOU and your evening schedule needs!
💪 Strength Days are now labeled 1, 2, 3, and 4 — making it easier to track your progress week to week.
⏱️ New “Make-Up” Sessions every Tuesday & Thursday at 5 PM — perfect if life throws you off schedule.
Not 100% sure which sessions are best for you? 🤔 Talk to your coach — we’ll set up a sit-down session to make sure you’ve got the best plan of action. ✅
