I went! I met with my pelvic floor physiotherapist on Friday. Guys - she's going to be a game changer. She made me feel so welcome and comfortable. After a thorough assessment and lots of discussion, I left with some exercises, nutrition and lifestyle suggestions to help heal my body. I have been working hard on what we discussed and I look forward to seeing her again next week.

PELVIC FLOOR PHYSIO! Have you thought about doing this? Been through it! Drop me a comment below! After having my babies, I've been left with a few pelvic and abdominal issues. I'm sitting outside the office while I wait for my first appointment. This is something that I've needed to do for myself for years. So here I am. I'll be posting some updates for those interested in following along.

Have you done something to commemorate your babies? Hand/foot prints or molds? Keeping their first lock of hair? I've done something a bit different - off the wall as some would say. I'd love to know your thoughts on this - drop a comment below! I plan to post pictures of the final product.

I'm having a ring made for myself - a breast milk ring! Yes - I have shipped a bag of milk to Morgan at North Faun. She's graciously worked with me for a year to design my perfect ring. She creates pieces of art from breast milk, placentas, umbilical cords, ashes, flowers, fabric and more. Take a look at her site if you'd like.

I can't wait to share a picture when I receive it in a few weeks. I also can't wait to hear what you all have to say about it!

With a travelling husband, our bedtime routine is a bit out of whack lately. This is how my night went. Two kids fell asleep on me, one with her footy pyjamas inside out with no pull-up on, the other with a death grip on his bear. The snuggles though - I will take those any day 😍.

Enjoying some sleepy baby snuggles while her mama has a shower after our busy morning of freezer meal prep! I’m feeling so fortunate for this time spent.
