New class added! Our strength classes are currently full and waitlisted, so we've decided to open a Strength Basics: Learn to Lift session.
This is a 4-week program designed to help you learn the fundamentals of strength training in a small group environment before committing to one of our longer programs. With only 6 spots available, this will fill quickly.
