Yoga Therapy Apothecary is a service that provides and designs an in home yoga practice that makes yoga accessible to ALL people regardless of injury, diagnosis or stage of life. Our first session together is a free assessment where we go through your physical, mental and emotional history to begin a transitional practice. This is then followed by a 60 to 90 minute session where I provide all of the necessary props to create a sustainable, balancing yoga practice to help you re-define what balance and mobility means for your overall body. It builds a personalized yoga practice specifically designed for you in your own home to optimize your sense of well being and balance for your specific needs.
