We will help you connect to yourself, understand your personal internal conflicts, gain awareness of how that shows up in your life and your body and build some appreciation for how this conflict came to be your way of coping with the various imperfections of our lives. Leaving you with a new, individualized understanding to take forward as you grow and learn in order to cultivate change.
