After a few days of heavier meals, sweets, late nights, and less routine, your gut can feel a little overwhelmed. That doesn’t mean you did anything wrong. And it definitely doesn’t mean you need to “make up for it.”
Today is about gentle support, not damage control:
• Warm, nourishing meals that are easy to digest
• Plenty of hydration to help things move along
• Light movement like walking or stretching
• Zero restriction — because stress only slows digestion further
When you give your gut safety instead of pressure, it naturally finds its rhythm again.
Healing happens faster when you stop being harsh with your body. Progress comes from consistency, not punishment.
