Most Female Professionals are on the edge of burnout.

Every night they toss and turn unable to get a deep restful sleep and wake up in the morning feeling exhausted, foggy and not alert.

Every day there are new demands on their energy and attention and they aren’t able to recharge their battery.

They are always busy caring for others and they are unable to take care of themselves.

Bottom line: They are worried if they don’t do something soon that they might burn out and sacrifice everything they have worked so hard for.

But it doesn't have to be this way.

Here's the good news: I've been working behind the scenes to gather a community of amazing Female Professionals in ALL industries who are sharing the best strategies, tips and tricks to kick burnout to the curb and eliminate overwhelm from their lives, make much needed “me” time and jump out of bed with renewed aliveness and vitality.

How do you help regulate your nervous system when stressed?

The vagus nerve is key in stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system, also known as "rest and digest" system. It is responsible for slowing our nervous system down so the body can heal, repair and regenerate. In times of stress and overwhelm it is important to be able to activate this nerve.

Some ways to do this are:

Deep breathing
Meditation (one of my favourites)
Singing
Social connection
Laughter and more....
