Most Female Professionals are on the edge of burnout.
Every night they toss and turn unable to get a deep restful sleep and wake up in the morning feeling exhausted, foggy and not alert.
Every day there are new demands on their energy and attention and they aren’t able to recharge their battery.
They are always busy caring for others and they are unable to take care of themselves.
Bottom line: They are worried if they don’t do something soon that they might burn out and sacrifice everything they have worked so hard for.
