The cards never lie.

You might not be as far away from your goals as you think. You are just looking at it incorrectly. 🤍

Silence is powerful.

Even if you feel like your thoughts are running at a mile a minute.

It's one of the most powerful guides to show where we are at and where we want to look.

It allows for new thoughts, feelings, emotions to surface. It creates space to know how we are truly feeling.

This information can guide where we are feeling blocked, what we don't want to feel, and even where these patterns are coming from.

Silence can feel uncomfortable when we were taught or shown that our emotions or feelings are unsafe. This leads to activating the threat detection response and then we subconsciously want to run away from what we are feeling.

Start small, see what comes up, write it down, talk about it with a friend. Acknowledging that these thoughts and emotions are there, loosens the grip, and makes them feel more and more safe every time they come up.

It might be one of your favorite things to do soon enough.
