Complete Chiropractic & Sports Therapy (CCST) is located in North West Calgary in the heart of West Hillhurst at the corner of Memorial Drive/Parkdale Boulevard and Kensington Road. The clinic is just across from the extensive Bow River Pathway and neighboring the communities of Parkdale, St. Andrews Heights, Briar Hill, Hounsfield Heights, Point McKay and Hillhurst. Our goal at CCST is to give our patients’ the best treatments and health management to achieve their health ambitions/recovery by providing the highest level of care possible. This care is comprised of a unique multi-therapy, evidence-informed approach where our healthcare practitioners will take the time to assess, treat and educate our patients’ in a manor that allows the most effective and quickest recovery that lasts. The “Complete” brand to therapy is what makes our clinic stand apart from others offering similar services. The “Complete” style of therapy is all encompassing, multi-treatment therapy that is delivered at the highest ethical and scientific standards in order to ensure true patient-centred care. We are committed to a team-based healthcare approach as this affords the patient with the best care possible.

Meet the Team Monday! 👋

Dr. Alim Kara earned his BSc in Biology from the University of Victoria and his Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, graduating with cm laude and clinical honours. He is also certified in Biomedical Acupuncture with a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) foundation.

In 2015, Dr. Alim co-founded CCST alongside Dr. Shereen Kangarloo with the goal of building a collaborative, patient-focused clinic. In addition to his clinical work, he remains actively involved in advancing the chiropractic profession, currently serving as Vice-Chair of the Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board and contributing to published research in chiropractic and inter-professional healthcare.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Alim enjoys hiking with his family and dog and exploring Calgary’s restaurant scene! ⛰️🌯

Dr. Alim is in the clinic Monday–Friday and alternating Saturdays. 🩵🧡
