Cervical cancer rates continue to decline, and 2021 recorded fewer cases than the year before. Even more encouraging, for the first time since national records began, no women under 25 were diagnosed.

Looking for a birth control option with no hormones? Consider a copper IUD! Copper IUDs make the uterus inhabitable for s***m and change the lining of the uterus to prevent any implantation, all without hormones. They are a great long term option for those who prefer or are unable to use hormonal contraceptives.
