“This was my first time dealing with Polar Mobility. I personally don’t work in this industry and hadn’t heard of this company before but I was referred to it by a service manager at a Ford dealership where my vehicle was previously was at. Like most people these days, I don’t have much knowledge when it comes to fixing a vehicle myself especially one equipped an aftermarket air conditioning unit. The employee that was helping me throughout the process was named Brandyn and he was great! Knowledgeable, friendly, and best of all, honest. His honesty towards the billing and diagnostic was highly appreciated. I work in hotel providing front-line service everyday so I am quite familiar with the way customer service should be and this company does it amazingly well; One of the office ladies (sorry forgot the name) even offered me a ride home in the company car to save me from paying for an overpriced city taxi which seems like a small thing but it makes a big impact. They didn’t have to do that but they did it anyway and it shows great care for their customers. Brandyn and the whole team at the Edmonton Polar Mobility made a great first impression for me and I will be back (if the need arises) and I will happily recommend them to others needing specialty-vehicle A/C repair.
