Fall On Wellness

Fall On Wellness Helping those who suffer with migraines. I suffered from migraines starting at the age of 10. Life was so hard and I felt helpless.

As I grew older, they gradually got worse and worse until I was experiencing 25 or more migraine days a month. In my mid 30's I had my daughter and the migraines continued to get worse. Medications did nothing, or only masked the pain for a short time. I knew that I could not continue my life this way and I refused to let migraine control my life. The stress from missing work and having to take care of my daughter on my own no matter how sick I was was too much. This is when I discovered something that finally worked! Now, I help people reduce their monthly migraine days and the severity of their headaches without the use of medication by teaching them how to incorporate an Ancestrial way of living into their daily lives. I have personally experienced the benefits of this and have reduced my monthly migraine days from 25+ down to 2 or less.

It’s not just how much caffeine you have — it’s WHEN you have it. Early is okay. Late morning or afternoon can trigger withdrawal dips.

Recovery after a migraine isn’t weakness.

It’s your nervous system recalibrating.

When the pain stops, healing doesn’t instantly finish. Your brain and body are still stabilizing — lowering inflammation, restoring energy, calming sensitivity.

That lingering fatigue, fog, or emotional dip?
It’s part of the process.

Support it.
Protect it.
Respect it.

Recovery time is not something to push through.
It’s something to honor.

If intense workouts trigger migraines, it doesn’t mean exercise is the problem. Your nervous system can’t regulate afterward, causing a threshold dip.

Afternoon migraines are usually caused by dehydration, under-eating, or a late caffeine crash. These are fixable once you know the pattern.

Migraine aura can feel scary — the flashing lights, blind spots, tingling. But it’s not brain damage.

It’s a temporary wave of electrical activity in the brain and a temporary dip in your neurological threshold. When your brain becomes more sensitive, symptoms show up.

Understanding what’s happening reduces fear — and that alone can help protect your threshold. 🧠✨

Save this for when you need reassurance.

A balanced meal lowers inflammation, stabilizes blood sugar, and supports hormones. Many migraine sufferers under-eat protein without realizing it.

Hydration isn’t just about drinking more water — it’s about replacing the minerals your body actually loses. 💧

When your electrolyte levels drop, your migraine threshold can drop too. Adding sodium and potassium helps your body absorb fluids better, support nerve function, and keep headaches from hitting as hard.

Small habit, big difference: hydrate smarter, not just more.

If your energy crashes mid-afternoon, that dip can trigger migraines. Stabilizing your meals is one of the simplest ways to raise your threshold.

Why do migraines hit on weekends? When you shift your wake time or eat later, your brain loses its rhythm. Small routine changes can cause big drops in threshold.

When you’re under-eating, your brain feels it first. ⚡️
Low fuel can lower your migraine threshold, making you more sensitive to triggers that normally wouldn’t affect you.

The goal isn’t just to eat — it’s to nourish your brain consistently. Prioritize meals with protein and healthy fats, avoid long gaps without food, and support your nervous system before a migraine even begins.

Small habit, big difference. 💜
