Self care nudge ✨

Connecting to the seasons helps us manage our time and energy. When we experience weather uncharacteristic to the season it affects our routines and our ability to rest.

Seasons aside it is always helpful to connect to your body, to listen and honour what it needs (care, rest, water, etc.). Creating moments of presence supports our internal season, even when the external season is a bit strange!

Consider ✨
Where you feel presence in your body?
Where do you feel space / tension?
What is supportive in this reflection?
For ex. Sleep, movement, time in nature, reading a book etc.

Winter Solstice Wishes ❄️✨

Tonight we will experience the longest night of the year.

Solstice days offer the opportunity to notice duality in our lives. In our energy, how we use our time, how we connect to others and to the environment. When we swing too far we lose our balance.

As individuals we can reflect,
✨How do I recognize duality in my own nature?
✨How can I use this awareness to generate growth?
✨How can I use this awareness to support care around me?

And when in doubt - tend to your light with a supportive resource such as extra rest, a bath, a walk etc.

✨We are moving toward the Full Moon in Gemini 🌕🌬️ (Monday November 27 at 2:16am MST).

To prepare your work with this moon, consider ✨
🌲Grounding practices such as movement, meditation, time in nature, rest etc.
🌊Drinking lots of water
✨With the full moon in Gemini (air sign) in the Sagittarius season (fire), we will be able to explore these qualities when we lean on the support of grounding qualities (earth) and nurturing qualities (water).
