In this season, we tend to miss our loved ones who have transitioned back to spirit even more.

Remember that as you think of your loved ones in spirit, you call them near.

Intentionally make room for them.

Speak to them. Listen to them.

They will impress you with memories.

Trust your ability to communicate.

Our relationships are meant to continue and grow.

Allow yourself to believe in possibilities.

Be curious and open.

We all have this ability.

Thirty years since my mom, Marion, returned to Spirit

Our connection has never been lost.

Every day, she shows me that love does not end; it transforms, expands, and continues to shape my journey in ways words cannot express.

She is woven into my heart.

Her love guides my path.

She constantly reminds me who I am and encourages me to go deeper with my work.

Over the many years, I have felt so many of her energetic hugs when I was sick, or sad, or needing a boost for any reason.

I am grateful beyond measure for her constant presence in every season of my life.

Because of our deep connection, I learned how thin the veil truly is and why I now walk this path, helping others remember that their loved ones, too, are never far.
