This was one of my favourite classes of the fall session for Girl Be You - Calgary. The girls came up
with 3 thankfuls, wrote them out, decorated their little “babies”. They were given a task to say aloud their Thankfuls each night until Thanksgiving- practising gratitude, and affirmations.

This is also when the girls start to come to class with ease, let loose, really start to SING, and still have fantastic listening skills 😜 Love these little ladies and building up strong women for our future.

Thee last class of 2022, with 3 of your Calgary Leaders, Cheryl Ward, Karin D. Léveillée, Candace Truman, on Thursday December 22nd, at 7:30pm-8:30pm in Bowness.

All b.participants, all Girl Be You - Calgary, participants, , will close the year together ❤️.

After class, as my “Thank-you”, there will be complimentary drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic), charcuterie boards and snacks, and a blazing fireplace at my house 1 min from studio.

Details will be sent for those that sign up. We are already half sold out of tickets, make sure to sign up if you can make it. Thanks everyone for a great year, truly. 🎄❤️

Happy 8th Birthday Scarlet! This is her 2nd year booking a bday party with Girl Be You - Calgary for a fun girls bday party!

We danced for 45 mins and then each girl decorated a heart ornament and wrote something they were grateful for this Xmas as their party favour. The frame was signed by her friends on what they love about her. What a sweet night!!

Our girl's hockey team has participated in the Girl Be You two years in a row now and I cannot say enough great things about this program. 

Candace tailors the program to the needs of the group and does so many extra things to make sure the girls have a great experience. 

I love that she not only allows them to let loose and have fun dancing, but also challenges them to face their fears and recognize the things that may be holding them back. The class is all about feeling empowered as an individual but also as a team. I love that she encourages the team to share nice things about their teammates, and receive affirmations in return. 

All of our girls loved the class and were so excited to tell their families about it afterward. Our team will absolutely be using our journals for the rest of this season to reflect on our goal setting for ourselves and the team. I highly recommend this program for female team building! Candace is an amazing leader and we are so happy she shared this program with us.
