🎉 Exhale is 4 🎉
Four years ago today, I took the plunge into private practice. I started solo with very little idea what I was doing, but I knew I wanted to create something that felt different.
A community where people share similar values. Where you can have fun, let your guard down, be real. Where people feel held, supported, and empowered.
I also wanted to do things differently for clients. We’re not a revolving door. We care just as much about the experience as we do about the therapy itself. That means everything is intentional, from our branding, to our space, to how we show up in the room.
As cliché as it sounds, my goal was simple:
for both clients and clinicians to feel like they can finally exhale 😮💨🤍
I didn’t start with a business plan. I started with a vision. And I can honestly say… it’s come to life 🙏🏼
To our clients, thank you for trusting us with your stories.
To my team, thank you for choosing Exhale as your home. I don’t take that lightly.
To Cass and Sara, our backbone behind the scenes. Truly life savers.
To my husband, my rock, always believing in me.
To my friends and family, your support means everything (yes, even liking and sharing posts… IYKYK).
I’m so proud of what we’ve built. And we’re just getting started 🙌🏼🤍✨
