Lisa is a Registered Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting children, youth, and families, including a decade working in Child & Adolescent Mental Health with Alberta Health Services here in Calgary.

She brings a calm, grounded presence to therapy and has a special ability to help both kids and parents feel understood, supported, and less alone.

Lisa works with anxiety, emotional regulation, parenting challenges, and family dynamics, helping families move from surviving to truly connecting.
