This Saturday 🌕 Get ready for another Full Moon Somatic Ceremony with Lindsay at Yoga Passage.

An invitation to move through body, breath, and shadow.
This immersive journey weaves together guided somatic meditation, shadow work, SOMAMVMNT, intentional breathwork, and a felt-sense sound immersion designed to help you soften, release, and reconnect.

Rooted in deep somatic awareness, each ceremony is intuitively shaped by the energy of the current lunar cycle. You’ll be guided to listen inward, integrate what’s ready to be felt, and come home to the quiet wisdom of your body, all held in intentional community.

Jasmine is a yoga facilitator in Calgary whose teaching is deeply rooted in her love for the mountains, movement, and the natural world. An avid climber and long-time practitioner, her classes are inspired by grace, strength, and the rhythm of nature itself.

Mother, partner, friend, French Canadian, photographer, foodie, and lover of tea, coffee, and a good IPA, Jasmine brings a grounded, soulful energy to everything she does. Cold plunges, sauna sessions, and outdoor adventures fuel her spirit and shape her teaching.

Her passion lies in guiding practitioners through meaningful classes, workshops, retreats, and nature-connection experiences. With deep gratitude for holding space, Jasmine invites students into a more authentic relationship with themselves through the practice. ✨
