Mental fitness isn’t just built in the therapy room—it can be built on the mountain too.
Our Mental Fitness Experiential Program combines skill development, outdoor adventure, and psychological growth to help adolescents and young adults strengthen confidence, resilience, and focus.
Over 8 weeks, participants will experience:
⛷️ 4 skill-based clinic sessions
🏔️ 4 mountain sessions at Lake Louise
🧠 Tools to improve focus, confidence, and stress management
Who it’s for:
Adolescents & young adults with intermediate ski or snowboard experience
