Being born in the 80's just built us different.

We have had both sides of this technological era.

We played video games for hours or days.

We had computers and cell phones.

But we also peddled our own bikes, and fell off with no helmets.

We walked places, or took a bus, we didn't order an Uber from mom's credit card.

We played street hockey from sun up to sundown.

We explored and experienced the world around us.

We didn't watch it happen on a screen.

We lived it.

And life seemed much calmer, less competitive and far less stressful.

Because it was.

Living like that is good for your soul.

I creates and builds energy within ourselves.

And thats why we aim to bring back some simplicity in life.

By reminding people to just live. To explore new ideas, event and activities.

After all experiencing life is a big part of hardwiring your wellness.

Injury recovery coming along nicely.

While building muscle, improving movement and getting jacked.

All at age 44.

Playing around with some new Movement patterns to see how Nick manages them.

Then we will add in cues and work on patience in ex*****on.

Nick is not training for a stage or a platform he is training to manage day to day living.

And Improve stability and strength.

He has made leaps and bounds in progress over the last 3 months.

And we're not slowing down

Keep watching this young mans Improvements are going to continue to multiply.

Well, I guess were lifting these now.

110lb DB why not.

Left side wasn't how I want to see it.

But that is coming from a injured right shoulder and difficulties posting up on the bench.

These are always a work in progress, as is everything in the gym and life.

So we adjust, and we hammer down again.

DAY 3 of my new Training Cycle.

The best session I've had in weeks.

Pull Ups
Trap Bar Deadlifts
DB Alternating Press Flate Bench
DB Bulgarian Split Squats
Machine Kelso Shrug
Machine Abduction

Right shoulder wasn't to angry, right hip was solid, and strength is climbing again.

Looking forward to working through this training cycle.

Restoring Movement & Maximizing Results.

My Friend & Barber of 7+ years .thebarber recently opened a Barber shop with his brothers.

I stopped by for a haircut yesterday, but the beard was tough to let of to be honest.

I actually met Sandro while training at goodlife way back, and he has been my Barber ever since.

He has supported my business and now its my turn to support his.

If you spend minimum $50 (with a healthy tip) bring us your receipt for 1 FREE 60 min training session.
