Faith Eagle and the women of Edmonton Institution for Women are on day 2 of their hunger strike. They have experience retaliation since the start with the staff searching Faith room on Friday night before she started her strike. She was outside singing with other women and staff searched her room.

Last night the wonen were outside singing ang they were interrupted by staff. Their ignorance to stop during a song shows they can not practice their culture there.

The women will be outside again tonight at 8 p.m. and every other night. They expect retaliation from staff but they will keep going.

Her daughter is still in max for no reason but the women still keep strong.
