You might think you have a confidence problem.

But listen closely.

What’s usually happening
is that voice in your head
questioning everything you do.

Ever notice that voice?
Drop a 🙋‍♀️ below if you have.

You care far too much what people think.

Whether your post is good enough.
Whether your idea sounds silly.
Whether you’ll look foolish.

But most people aren’t analysing you.

They’re worrying about themselves.

👇
If you’re working on quieting that voice in your head,
follow vivify-me.
That’s what I talk about here.

That voice saying
“You’re not ready yet.”

It sounds convincing.

But it’s rarely the truth.

What’s one thing you’ve been telling yourself you’re not ready for?

Overthinking feels responsible.

Like you’re being careful.
Like you’re being sensible.

But most of the time…

It’s just fear wearing a clever disguise.

Are you an overthinker?

This is Monty 🫎

He hangs in my office and makes me smile every time I look at him.

That’s it.

No purpose.
No productivity.
Just… something that feels good.

And it made me realise how much of our day can get filled with things that feel necessary…
but not actually enjoyable.

I think we forget how much the small things matter.

The things that lift you, even for a moment.

What’s something small that does that for you?

Sometimes these fears sit quietly in the background of life.

You’re getting on with things.
Working.
Looking after people.
Doing what needs to be done.

But underneath it all there can still be that feeling that something is heavy.

The fear of making the wrong decision.
The worry that it might already be too late.
That quiet thought that something might be wrong with you.
Holding everything together because letting the feelings out feels like too much.
Or the possibility of ending up emotionally alone.

You’re not unusual if one of these shows up for you.

Which one feels heaviest right now?

You can just comment the number.

You don’t usually fail.

What happens instead
is you talk yourself out of trying.

Out of posting.
Out of speaking up.
Out of doing the thing you were about to do.

Be honest…
Have you ever done this?

At the end of this month it's Chewies 11th Birthday and the anniversary of 6 years as part of our family.

Together we've been on around 6,570 walks covering
about 17,500 km.

Hugh and I often split the walking, so that’s give or take around 8,750 km each.

None of this because we’re disciplined. But because this dog insists.

Three walks a day whether it’s snowing, blizzarding, or minus something unimaginable outside.

And something interesting happens most days.

I’ll start the walk with my head full of things… work, decisions, something I keep turning over in my mind.

Somewhere along the way it changes.

It’s a reminder that small daily habits do more for our thoughts, emotions and feelings than we often realise.

Chewie just makes sure we show up.

You keep worrying what people will think.

Whether they’ll judge you.
Whether they’ll disagree.
Whether you’ll look foolish.

But they’re not living your life.

You are.

Life asks a lot of us across the different chapters we live.

And yet we keep learning, adapting and shaping our lives in our own way.

Today feels like a good moment to appreciate that.

When your system settles, decisions feel simpler.

When your body isn’t tight or on edge,
choices don’t feel like a battle anymore.

You stop second-guessing so much.
You don’t get stuck in that heavy “what if?” feeling.
You can actually feel your way forward instead of fighting with yourself.

What’s one decision that feels easier when your body feels calmer?
I'd love to know

Gentle doesn’t mean weak.

You don’t have to push, force, or figure this out alone.
Patterns that once helped you cope can still run the show,
and that can feel heavy, confusing, and exhausting.

Personal Support changes how these patterns respond.

Not by fixing you.
Not by forcing you.
But by helping your body and nervous system feel safe enough
to shift old ways of reacting.

That’s what 'vivify-me's here for.

It’s not about motivation or willpower.
It’s about moving forward with less struggle,
more clarity, and real steadiness in your choices.

If you’re ready for support that actually makes patterns feel workable
instead of overwhelming, vivify-me is where we start.

✨ If you’re curious about supportive change that feels different, check the link in my bio.
