fitness company dedicated to helping people of all ages, sizes and fitness levels live
healthier, happier lives through fitness. We believe that working out is about more than
looking great—it should make you feel great. The program fuses dance cardio and
strength training in a 55-minute sweat session that burns up to 800 calories per class. You’ll leave feeling re-energized and ready to take on the world.
