A recent study found that doing 75 minutes of aerobic exercise per week plus 2-5 muscle-strengthening activities was linked to a reduced risk of developing chronic low back pain.

Our Story

We are a husband and wife chiropractic team in an established practice in the growing community of Strathmore. We focus on chiropractic care for the whole family including seniors and pediatrics and use a variety of assessments and techniques including Thompson Drop and Activator. Our goal is to educate families on the importance of a proper functioning spine and nervous system and how that relates to your health. Dr. Heather and Dr. Jason desire for each practice member to reach their maximum potential!
