Ball Season Is Here ⚾
As baseball and softball seasons start back up, shoulder and elbow injuries become more common, especially in young athletes. Overuse, poor mechanics, and lack of recovery time can lead to conditions like rotator cuff injuries and little league elbow.
Studies show proper throwing mechanics, strength training, and appropriate rest days reduce injury risk. A balanced training program helps athletes stay strong all season long. 🙌
