No-churn Rockin' Raspberry Cheesequake Ice Cream:
1.5 c whipping cream
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz softened cream cheese
1 packet Rockin' Raspberry Cheesecake Dip Mix
Raspberry Syrup
Prepared Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix - cooled and chopped up
Whip the cream until thick and stiff. Pour into a 2nd bowl then cream the condensed milk, mix together the cream cheese and dip mix in the 1st bowl. Combine the whipped cream and raspberry mixture as well as a cup or 2 of the chopped brownie chunks. Pour half the mixture into a clean 4 Litre ice cream pail. Drizzle syrup over top and sprinkle more brownie. Repeat with the remainder of the cream, syrup and brownie. Put into freezer for about 9 hours.
Note - you might not use all the brownie, I used about half of a 8x8 pan and am happy with the amount.
