Clicking jaw? 👂💥
It’s rarely “just the jaw.”
The TMJ is wrapped in fascia that connects into the neck, tongue, throat, and even down into the chest.
When that system loses glide or balance, the jaw compensates — and clicking is often the signal.
👉 Releasing fascia (not forcing the joint) can restore movement, reduce tension, and let the jaw self-organize again.
No cracking. No aggressive adjustments. Just listening to the tissue.
If your jaw clicks when you chew, yawn, or talk — it’s worth looking beyond the mouth.
Fascial release gives the jaw space to do what it’s designed to do.
