Happy ! Let's level up our dental game with these 5 easy-peasy brushing steps! 🪥

1️⃣ Start with the outer surfaces. Take your time brushing upper and lower teeth, tooth by tooth.

2️⃣ Tilt that brush at a 45° angle. Brush along the gum line to banish trapped plaque and food debris. Short, tooth-wide strokes are key!

3️⃣ Don’t forget the inner surface of your teeth! Just because they’re not visible doesn’t mean they don’t need love too.

4️⃣ Brush the chewing surfaces. They work hard grinding your food, so give them a thorough clean.

5️⃣ Finish off with your tongue! It can harbour bacteria, so brush it gently for fresh breath.
