I used to do Pilates and meditate to feel better.

And yes — on the surface, that’s a lot “healthier” than taking a pill.

But if I’m honest?
It only gave me temporary relief.

It wasn’t the deep, system-level reset my body was actually craving — the kind I didn’t even know I needed.

Everything changed when I discovered Breathwork and Somatic Experiencing … and truly understood my nervous system in real life — not just as a concept, but as something I could feel and work with.

For the first time, I felt steady more often than overwhelmed.
Like there was a quiet sense of okay-ness holding me — even when life wasn’t calm.

I went on to complete over three years of trauma training, received hundreds of sessions as a client, and have now offered thousands as a practitioner.

And here’s what I know:

Every human being deserves access to this understanding — without having to go to a special school.
