Someone asked the difference between Virgo Sun, Moon and Rising
My definitions as per my manuals 🙂
The Virgo Rising is how the person meets the world. It’s the lens, the body, the first impression, and the way life is filtered, through the lens of mercury, the chart ruler

Chart Ruler: Mercury

Virgo risings tend to have a fine, sculpted look and are usually slender and tall. They often look younger than their age and are known for being good looking. They often have facial expressions that communicate what they feel and are highly sensitive to foods or environmental allergens or just negative energy. They usually have piercing eyes and may have a pointy nose or cheek bones.
Personality: As an earth rising, they are reliable, hard working and like to use their knowledge in a practical way. They are usually reserved and analytical until they learn about the people and places they encounter. They can be methodical and sometimes overly critical of others because they are perfectionists at heart. The virgin or maiden represents purity and innocence. Virgo rising can get so wrapped up in fine details and miss the main point of what they are doing. If they can allow themselves flexibility they can often be more effective and less anxious. They can be prone to nervous system issues like anxiety, may get sick from stress or have allergies.

The Virgo Sun is who they are at their core. It’s their identity, their purpose, and what they are growing into over time.

Part of their purpose is to help serve humanity and they contribute by offering their down to earth remedies or logical fixes. The shadow side of Virgo is when they become hyper critical, judgemental and offer unsolicited advice. Their sister sign Pisces can teach them to use their intuition and discern when is a good time to listen to others and when is a good time to give their opinion. Virgo can help others find practical solutions and how to be more organized with our time and surroundings.

The Virgo Moon is their inner world. It’s emotional responses, safety needs, and what’s happening beneath the surface when no one is watching.
